Children under 18 years of age and pets (with the exception of guide dogs) can not be accommodated at the property and there is no capacity for extra guests or beds in the room.  Alternatively we do not accommodate hen or stag parties and prefer our guests to enjoy a restful, relaxed experience while spending time in a luxurious coastal retreat.  Any on-line bookings made for this reason will be cancelled and charged in full.

Bookings can be processed using an on-line booking facility with full details of room descriptions and current availability.  Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment made either by BACS transfer or by a secure card payment facility.  We recommend this secure system and prefer not to manually record your credit/debit card details via a direct or email booking.

Booking cancellation notifications received  7 days before date of arrival will not be charged and the reservation will be refunded in full.  If cancelled within 7 days of the date of arrival or in the event of no show, the total price of the reservation will remain.  No exceptional circumstances apply and we recommend securing travel insurance to cover any expenses of last minute unexpected changes to your plans.

A non-smoking policy applies throughout the property and is permitted only in the garden or outside deck area.  An additional fee of £300.00 for cleaning and temporary loss of use will be charged to any guest choosing to smoke anywhere within the property.

Damages or losses to the property (including soft furnishings, bed linens, towels, robes and bathroom products ) will be charged in full.  All items are carefully sourced and hand-picked to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and are not available for take-home purposes.

Check-in is strictly between 4pm and 8pm unless otherwise arranged. Check-out is before 11am.

Free private parking is offered at the property and is subject to availability.  Parking is at owner’s risk.

Gift Vouchers are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.  Any gift voucher without an expiry date must be used within one year from the date of issue.  Only under exceptional circumstances can an expiry date be extended (management discretion).  Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. The Gift Voucher recipient cannot request a cash refund for the Gift Voucher at any time.  We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
