Pets (with the exception of guide dogs) can not be accommodated at the property and there is no capacity for extra guests or beds in the room. Alternatively we do not accommodate hen or stag parties and prefer our guests to enjoy a restful, relaxed experience while spending time in a luxurious coastal retreat.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit made either by BACS transfer or by a secure card payment facility. Full payment is due 28 days before date of arrival.
Booking cancellation notifications received 28 days before date of arrival will not be charged and the deposit will be refunded in full. If cancelled within 7 days of the date of arrival or in the event of no show, the total price of the reservation will remain. No exceptional circumstances apply and we recommend securing travel insurance to cover any expenses of last minute unexpected changes to your plans.
A non-smoking policy applies throughout the property and is permitted only in the garden or outside deck area. An additional fee of £300.00 for cleaning and temporary loss of use will be charged to any guest choosing to smoke anywhere within the property.
Damages or losses to the property (including soft furnishings, bed linens, towels, robes and bathroom products ) will be charged in full. All items are carefully sourced and hand-picked to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and are not available for take-home purposes.
Free private parking is offered at the property. Parking is at owner’s risk.
